No more toes!

Hello hello hellooo

Winter is close to being over and the world is waking up! Everyone is starting to defrost and we did as well by starting February off with the winter holiday!!! It was a cozy week full of arts, crafts, happy kids and good food. Sadly, I missed a day because I happened to have broken my toe at the beginning of the week but it was perfect nonetheless. Right after, on Saturday, I opened our apartment door and six happy, tired and Austrian faces grinned back at me.. Talk about a visit! Tabea’s friends took the long trip from Austria to Denmark and stayed with us for a turbulent, funny and exciting week! Thank you for the visit 😊

Soon after I got to meet one of my friends as well – me and my friend Johanna from Berlin decided to meet up in Stockholm over the weekend and go to the Yung Lean concert !!!!!!!!!!!! It was so unbelievably cool and we had a great time. I have never slept in a mixec hostel room before but I have fallen in love with it! The people you meet – Amazing!

Stockholm itself didn’t really wow me, which surprises me because I’ve never felt like that towards a city. It was gray and freezing and I found myself missing Copenhagen. :)

Aside from all that fun, I had a blast with my language school girls filled with birthdays, brunches, dinners and nights out! Thank you girls!

Talking about women and girls, we just celebrated the International Women’s day! It was a blast with a t-shirt and bag print workshop in the cafe, a nice buffet and Tabea’ rage room, where you could throw colours on big collective canvas!

Something I can take with me this month aside from all the nice memories and experiences,is a new skill: Knitting! Tabea taught me how to do it and we’ve been on fire ever since!

Overall February and the beginning of March have been beautiful! On the 24th I’ll have my Module 1 language test which I’m excited for!! I’m ready to move up!
